You might need to return or exchange a product you bought from Ecrotek. Our Returns Policy helps you with your return, and is additional to all other rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If you wish to return any product(s) you purchased, you can return the item(s) within 28 days from the delivery date, via post or in person to our North Island or South Island stores. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the product(s) you return is faulty, damaged or not as ordered. In these cases, contact Ecrotek first at 0800 11 77 66 or [email protected] to arrange pre-paid postage.
We encourage returning your parcel via registered or Track and Trace postal services, because all returned parcels remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Returns Policy Conditions
We want you to be completely happy with the products you buy from Ecrotek. If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason we will exchange it, provide an exchange or full refund (against your original payment method) provided you:
- Return the product within 28 days from delivery date.
- Produce your original Ecrotek invoice (receipt) when you return your product(s).
- Return any product(s) in original condition.
- A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
- No refunds will be given for products on sale. Sale items can be returned for exchange or credit only, except where the product is faulty or defective.

Please contact us if you are unable to comply with these requirements. Ecrotek reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Ecrotek cannot accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
To exchange any product(s), please complete a Return Request Form before sending it back.
You can exchange products to the same value of the item being returned, receive a credit if you choose a lower value product, or pay the difference for an exchange on a higher value product.
If the alternative size or colour you want is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, we will credit you’re a refund your original payment method.
Please fill out the Return Request Form before sending back any product(s) for a refund.
A refund will be credited against your original payment method, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, and we have received the original item being returned. We cannot provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
Completing a Returns Request Form
Simply print and complete the Returns Request Form, then post it back along with the product(s) you’re returning and Ecrotek tax invoice, to the returns address listed at the bottom of this page.
Before sending your return, please ensure all details on the form are correct. Once we’ve received your return we’ll email you on the status of your exchange or refund.
